This outdoor rated battery enclosure kit includes (1) 12v 7aH Sealed Lead Acid Battery (FM150), (2) battery harnesses and required moiunting hardware. The MMB200 is compatible with the following Mighty Mule Gate Openers (MM271, MM272, MM371, MM371W, MM571W-EST) The MMB200 is designed to be mounted adjacent to the MM271 & MM272 gate openers control box. It's designed to be mounted behind the MM371W, MM371W & MM571W-EST gate openers control box. It can be mounted to any type fence including chain link, panel, vinyl, ornamental and wood.

Worked for 3 months very well hooked to solar panel. After 3 months the battery controller started beeping and alert via Nice App instructed to replace battery. This is not good and outside of return window on Amazon.

This worked well with my panel box that came with my original opener. I was able to put two batteries in it and it seals up nice and tight. Before that I had a battery box on the ground below it, so this was a good upgrade.

Battery went bad in 15 months. Hooked to solar with wide open sunlight. Quit holding charge. Looking for a better brand now and will update later.

Purchased this for a backup for when my battery wears down. It is the exact fit for my Mule gate and fits to the ports and in the box perfectly.

Compared to plopping the batteries on the ground, this is a much better option. Tight but can accommodate batteries and wiring. You might need silicone to seal around the kbock-out plugs and wires.

Box is made very well. Just does not have much room inside for two batteries and wiring. Reminds me of packing a suitcase for a very long trip.
