These are easy to use and have a safety feature for when not in use. Sharp, quick and painless for pups. Don’t leave splintered nails and light weight for easy use.

These were advertised as being suitable for large dogs. Unfortunately they’re not. Much too small. I would have sent them back but I’ve just had knee replacement surgery and can’t get to drop off points. Absolute waste of money for me! Won’t buy from this seller again.

Love this nail clipper for smaller dogs. Easy to use and lasts a long time!

Bought these for a boxer with thick nails. It got the job done but the cuts could have been cleaner. It's def not the worst pair but I'll stick to their og model personally. I always used this brand as a vet tech n never had any issues with rough cuts like this so figured it would be the same with this model but it was be forwarded

This medium orange Millers Forge nail clippers are my favorite. They are the perfect size-not too big, not too small. You can use on many different size dog nails (although if I am cutting giant breed dog nails, I would likely go with the large orange Millers Forge nail clippers) I love this size and ease of use. I feel like I have yet to find a similar product that even compares with these nail clippers. Other brands/knock offs dull out quickly. I am an RVT working in a busy veterinary practice and these are my go to clippers. I love them so much, I have bought pairs for at home, to use on both of my dogs and on my cats, as well as a pair to take with me to the barn for the barn cats (typically do not need to trim the outdoor cat's nails, but two are polydactlyl aka have extra toes, that of course means more nails, and some of those extra nails need regular trimming/maintenance. If you cut a lot of nails, buy yourself a pair or two of these! I think they are the best!

So far one of the worst dog nail clippers I have used. In the 1st picture you can see a size comparison to the "#1 rated" dog clipper (Safari brand). While the Millers Forge is bigger in size, the blades are smaller. In the 2nd picture, you can see the safety lock which can get in the way and if you look closely you can see where the two handles meet and pinched my skin while using it. In the 3rd pic, you can also see how safety lock can interfere with you hand while cutting nails. The handles feel like cheap plastic, have a textured but somewhat slippery grip, and do not feel comfortable at all.TL;DR - Horrible handle and ergonomics. While cutting one of my dog's "easy" nail, the 4th pic shows where it pinched me after closing all the way. The 5th pic shows the cut "easy" nail. However, this clipper struggle to cut it the first time because it wasn't sharp enough, so on the second attempt it went through but you can see the cut isn't clean and to make it worse that is when it pinched my skin. The last pic shows the dangerousness of the not sharp blade (I wouldn't say it's dull but its not sharp). This time I used it on one of my dog's "tough" nail which is thicker than others. It unfortunately only caused A LOT of pressure and chipped his nail (don't worry my poor baby is okay and was given lots of love after!). Very disappointed in this product as it is Millers Forge and was expecting a very sharp clipper.TL;DR - Blade is not that sharp and I would consider it not safe to use for cutting a dog's nail.
