I was blown away by how well these work. I soak em and throw them in the freezer, taking them out half an hour before I have to use them. Then I dump ice water on them on them as the dry out. Since they cool down the arteries in the arms, which return a lot of blood to your system, it cools down your whole body very well in the 115° AZ heat. Better than the head towels. Better than anything I've ever used by far.

Lightweight and stay on without extra squeeze of some others. Use on cycle trips and no sun burn. Wash easy & don’t hold odor.

I have decidedly average hand and arm size. And the advert copy states, “these sleeves fit almost any arm”.So, they should be fine, right?WRONG. They do not. With my thumb tucked in, my hand has a 10” circumference. I could barely get the sleeve past my hand. My forearms at the largest point are 12” and I could not get the sleeve past my forearm.Fix the advert copy by adding a maximum forearm size so customers don’t waste their time buying and then being forced to return them.
