Good Anderson plugs but the description clearly says 2/4 AWG wire and the lugs that come are 1/0, which can't be crimped onto 2/4 AWG wire. So you gotta solder it, and it will take a lot of solder to fill the much bigger hole.

Reading the description and then looking at them in person my first thought was, "How in the heck are you supposed to plug two identical pieces into each other? " Well, it's pretty smart how they did it. You turn one connector over, line up the flats and they snap together. The terminals are heavy duty. They will take a battery cable. Crimp or solder your cable in and then insert to lock in.Since this came with 4 identical connectors that all lock together, I mounted my winch on a plate with 2" square tubing. I then attached a length of twin cable to the winch and one connector. That left me 3 more connectors. I now have 2" receivers on my skid steer, golf cart, and farm tractor. I ran remote cables with the 3 remaining connectors. It's easy to now switch the winch between all three. An added bonus is that I can charge the skid steer battery without having to take off side plates to reach the battery.

While the description clearly states the connectors are for 2-4 AWG. The pins are for 1/0 cable. Otherwise the connectors are very rugged. The three star rating is because the item is not as described. The connectors click together securely even without the pins for latching. The covers high quality, snug, but soft and flexible that should serve well in a wide variety of temperature conditions. While the Pins are the wrong size, I've read about ways to get around it as long as the maximum current/ampacity aren't exceeded for the wire size.
