However it is pretty tall so if you happen to have a smaller neck this actually feels like is keeping it too upright. This would be good for people who have medium or taller necks. It is easy to use with the Velcro in the front to stick open and close.

Works well as it was intended and designed. The foam material is soft, and flatness overall is rigid enough to support my neck. Putting it on is quick and easy by adjusting the velcro length. I found the support of the neck brace also works well in holding my head up if I fall asleep in a chair. The compact, foldable size makes this much more portable and storable in a bag instead of having it hanging out around my carryon or in a suitcase.

I ordered the Peifly Neck Brace for Neck Pain and Support to give me some relief from the discomfort I feel while sitting at my desk working on my computer. The brace works for this purpose. The four inch foam band is soft and supportive. It was easy to attach and adjust with the Velcro straps. I am pleased that the Peifly brace was available in a “large” size – 16.5 to 18.9 inch circumference. The one drawback is that there is not a washable cover. The packaging was minimalist so there were no instructions, but I am assuming that gentle washing may be okay. The value is about average – there are others at this price point that have an additional feature such as an external cover or a more elaborate design.

I ordered a medium which it says is good for 15-16.5" neck with a 3.5" height. My neck is 15.5" but this does feel like kind of a squeeze. A couple more inches of velcro strap at the back would have been nice. Even so, I think this brace is very supportive, almost rigid (which I happen to like) and the 3.5" height is perfect for me. The foam contour is maintained all along my neck, so it also helps keep me warm.

This is a dense, stuff foam neck brace with a velcro clasp. This is fairly rigid, so it offers decent support and stability. This will bend somewhat, but it does limit movement. The Velcro strap isn't overly adjustable, so this might not work well in smaller or very large necks. I recommend measuring your neck before ordering to ensure this will work for you. The outer fabric is soft and feels synthetic. Overall quality is ok, but not amazing.
