The pump arrived in an open box with rusty signs (see the photo I took) and missing the "Frame-protector pads" and the "Hook & Loop Safety Strap". As shown in the photos, I had to improvise with a velcro strap I had and with pieces of rubber to make the missing protector. Very disappointed to pay so much to receive the product like this. I do not recommend it at all.Review update:After 2 months of use, I made some improvements to my Stompump: a rubber protection for better grip on the road (I made it with a piece of inner tube and glue) and a cover to keep the top from getting mud (a removable plastic cover)

I stared at this pump dozens of times before I bought it on my list just wondering if it would feel cheap and simply put a giant dent in my build fund . I had no reason to worry or doubt the quality once I unboxed it . Every bit of this pump is precision engineered and I’d go as far as to say it’s machined as well as any Thomson component I own . Beautiful down to the very well designed mount that compressed the cylinder to use its own pressure to hold it in it’s place . I use it on my Bianchi gravel bike to inflate 700c x 37 tires with ease and as well on my 26” Rockhopper on 2.5 inch tires . It’s fast , pretty , quality, and rebuildable with a lot offed on the maker’s page . I love it !

In looking for a decent air pump, I thought this unit looked highly desirable. And with a brand new E-Bike on the way, I was willing to spend a little extra for a dependable air pump. Sure wish it was this one, unfortunately, not so much. I was excited and ordered it in advance of my E-Bike delivery. When the bike arrived, the tire pressure was low, but I was all set for that...I thought. I connected the hose and proceeded to "Stomp" as it were, and the only thing that happened was it let OUT the air that was IN the tire, and would not inflate at all. I was an Aircraft Mechanic for 40+ years, so I'm pretty sure I know how to service a tire. Since I had to wait for the bike, it was past the return window...$70 DOWN THE TUBES. I think I could have bought 3 hand pumps at Walmart for THAT amount of money, and SHOULD HAVE! I would have been SO much better off. If there's a selection for ZERO STARS, I would have chosen that. Now it's a fancy paper weight with a conversation starter of a story.

Easy to use! The box contains all the items mentioned in the description. The price is REAL steep so it should! last a lifetime. Even bought the rebuild kit, $10, from their website since they don't sell it through amazon. Only Four stars because of the price.

Amazing product. This pump is incredibly light and certainly bomb proof. I look forward to getting a flat now. This is not another flimsy Chinese made pump. You can tell this is precision machined made in USA. It is easier to use the Stompump to pump tires than using my large (non portable) hand pump. I got two of these and use one on my mountain bike and one on my motorbike. They are surprisingly ergonomic so you forget they are even on your bike. Pumps the tires insanely fast with literally no effort. Every bike/moto needs one of these.

I ordered one of these during their kickstarter and liked it so much I got one for my wife’s bike. It’s a great bike pump that looks good on the bike and does it’s job without using a lot of energy or time. It’s light weight, durable, and easy to use.I’ll probably get another one for my motorcycle.
