Was a little tight for my Remington 700 bolt. I picked up a baton holster and found it had a little better fit.

I bought the larger size based on the review above. They are way to big for my application.This one fits my .22 bolt's just fine. They are on the small side but I would say average fora small caliber gun. Maybe Protektor redesigned this item. None the less I have 2 largesheath's I'll never use.

Does not fit common rifle bolts.The mfg's description says "Will fit all bolts in normal use today." It won't fit Savage 10, 110, or 12. It won't fit Remington 700. I don't know what more common bolts there are. Don't waste your money on this, unless you want to use it to carry your toothbrush.
