Looks great on the wall and the Rain Head feels very nice. ONLY bad this I can say, they jets that point at you really need more pressure, or a different diverter or??? We have VERY HIGH water pressure, so that is not the issue. I removed the unit and knocked out the water saver deal. Lots of help for the Rain Head and the hand held wand, but NO help with the jets. I spend about 3 months doing homework for a unit like this (even bought 2 units from local big box store/s at 3 or 4 times the cost of this unit and they are now back with the big box stores. This unit kicks a$$ when you factor in the cost of the unit.

It’s a beautiful looking shower tower but beware after one week the handheld shower head stopped working and the jets are useless because there isn’t much if any pressure. The tub full is a nice feature but I only have a shower..no tub. The over head shower is fine except I think it could use a little more pressure. This isn’t my first shower tower (panel) my previous panel was excellent but unfortunately they don’t make it anymore and it was a different company!!! I questioned the plumber about the water restriction value he said he never adjusted it!!!

We had this installed and it leaked. The pulse company sent new parts. Still leaks. Plumber came three times. Would like refund/replacement. Pulse said we had to seek that from distributors. Can you help us?

Had bought a less expensive brand for our bathroom remodel and was very disappointed in its construction and function. I opted to pull out the tools again and install this shower unit after reading some reviews and deciding it was worth ditching my original purchase. It was well worth the effort: this unit is beautifully built with a high quality metal shower head and hand held shower wand. Instruction manual is well written (but the distance between hooks is incorrect in the instructions ...advise measuring the distance between the brackets on the unit before drilling and mounting the clips on the wall). Has the feel and look of quality throughout...and the shower is very pleasant .....2.5 gallon per minute model). I'm etremely happy with this purchase.

We chose this panel because it looks good and has features we wanted: tub spout, hand-held, rain shower-head. The 6 spa jets weren't what attracted us to the unit; nevertheless, even though we had it installed by a plumber, we can't get volume except on the two lowest jets. The middle two spit water, and the top two dribble water. So if you are looking for a unit that will give you a spa experience, it isn't this one, and they should call it a wall shower panel, NOT a shower spa. Of course, once it's installed, it's what you have--and we paid almost as much for the install as the unit cost because the plumber came back trying to get the spa jets to work better. No luck.

Very well made. Something you will find in a 5 star hotel. I can’t see how they could make this any better. Liked it so much I brought a second one.Haven’t installed it yet but looks heavy duty.All metal and glass exterior.You all know about needing high water pressure to operate but head and Body spray but if I don’t have it I’ll install a water pressure booster pump.The bad-Ok found out the hard way. The top and bottom edge is very sharp. but easily solve by just taking a little bit of sandpaper.Don’t get tricked by buying the less expensive ones since a lot of them have plastic parts.One of the better items made in China. Quality control seems pretty good since both units were very well-made.Update- use every day last 8mo and still great look with no problems at all.Update- 2 yrs of daily use and can’t be more happy with it. Still looks and feels new with no extra care. It’s holding up well

This panel is even more beautiful than the pictures would indicate. Very well made. I already had the hot and cold water pipes positioned and ready, so installation was a breeze, taking me less than an hour to drill holes through the tile, position the two brackets and hook-up the water supply hoses. The Rain Showerhead and Handheld Spray are great. The Body Spray Jets are very weak and essentially worthless, which is why I only gave the unit 4 stars. We have very good water pressure in our house, so I was a bit disappointed with the body spray jets. But I really bought the panel for its rain showerhead, and it is exactly what I expected.

I expect this type of unit has poor water pressure on all models. After a year it still looks and works great.
