This slow feeder bowl is a very pretty ceramic bowl and seems to be well-made. It doesn't have any sort of feet or grip pads on the bottom, so you definitely need to use the small, round pad that comes with it or put it on some other non-skid surface. It's a perfect size for a cat or very small dog, but nothing bigger than that. I was able to put 1/2 cup of dry food in it and it could also hold 3oz or 5oz cans. The 1/2 cup of food completely covered the bumps, so I would guess that the listing pictures have about 1/4 cup in them.
