Looking for a handy place to mount your accessory switches that doesn't require cutting or other modifications? This is probably the best A-Frame switch setup for a Jeep Wrangler but the price is outrageous, the instructions include nothing for wiring the buttons, and not having cutouts for the buttons makes the install much harder than it should be. This kit used to come with wiring looped for the buttons so that you only had to wire your accessories and power/ground to it but now it comes with none of that and nothing in the instructions to help you to do it yourself. With all that said, it’s probably the best quality kit around and it fits the Jeep well. It’s just expensive for what it is and what they no longer include.

Great product. Just be careful when cutting out the knockouts. The space between the switches is very very small and if you cut through it you will certainly have problems.

Mine had no gaps. It fit perfectly, and looks amazing. The shapes are hard to cut without screwing up. I used a Dremel and went nice and slow.

Installation was bit tricky since the pod wasn't an exact fit. A heat gun and a bit of patience solved the problem. Also, heat the pod slightly to help cut out the blanks with a utility knife. However, looks great and clearly belongs in the Jeep.

This thing is AWESOME! Put it in my 2015 Jeep Willys Wheeler and the color, texture- everything matched and it looks super clean! Don't settle for eBay switches, this is a quality brand and fits super well. I depend on these customer product reviews a great deal, so I tried to sum it up and show how happy I am with the product. Only difficult part was cutting out the panels for the switches, my only advice is FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. It tells you to heat the blade and cut the inside first, then widen as needed. DO THIS! I cut the corners a little too wide on one, luckily you can't really tell but you can up close- completely my fault but still...be cautious and take your time. Overall, great product!!! A++++++

OK, to start, yes you have to take your time scoring and cutting out the blanks. That being said, I did rush on one, broke the center spacing, but a little crazy glue and it was right as rain. Once the switches are installed, this is not visible any way. One big positive note, the complaints that this comes with only one clip and that you have to scavenge a clip from the tailgate have been addressed. My pod came with both clips attached. One none product related issue was the removal of the upper trim piece. This has a plastic molly type expanding fastener that was a pain to reinstall, and probably took the most time of the install. The pod did need some adjusting to fit the contours, but the end result looks perfect. I am totally pleased with the results. I did look up some You Tube videos on wiring and copied the layout for running a single positive and ground to power the switches, (I actually spliced two of my positives and grounds together to get a beefier current. I would suggest that you use the red switch for the most used lights as the blue could be a distraction at night. I used the blue for the 50 light bar myself. Give your self some time and cut out the blanks a day or two before the actual install to make things easier.

If you are looking for a switch pod for your Jeep, then look no further! I am very pleased with how the pod looks and functions in my Jeep (2014 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara) - it looks like an OEM factory install! While the textured finish of the pod doesn't match the Jeep's interior frame 100%, it's close enough to satisfy me and I am picky about what I install on my Jeep - you really can only see the difference if you are looking for it and you have to be kind of close, the difference is that subtle. The switch itself is durable and works great for turning on/off the accessory driving lights! Installation wasn't too difficult...we bought all four switches so I would have a matching set, but only installed the one so far. We also flipped the switch so the light is on the left...we thought that it made the pod look a little more streamlined with the doorframe.

The color and texture is a good match to the 2013 Wrangler interior. Fit is pretty good, not perfect but it's solid, even without the extra clip they want you to pull out of the tail gate. You have to cut the holes and install the switches your self, rather easy. So You can have any number of switches, you don't have to install all four. I only used two for now. This product provides a good, handy place to install your off road light switches and has a very clean look to it.

This was a tough rating to decide on. I'll start with the positive parts... The end result is very good, with a really clean and factory-like look. The switches work great and have a great solid feel to them. The installation however was really annoying, and there are parts you will need to do the job right. First off, the holes for the switches aren't cut out for you! You have to take a razor knife and VERY CAREFULLY cut out the holes. There's a very tiny line (1/8" between doing it right and going too far. So really the longest part of the installation is doing this very slowly and carefully. It also doesn't come with the body clips to hold it in place. This item requires two of them, and the OEM pillar cover only has one. So they tell you to steal one from another spot on the Jeep. Not the end of the world, but also not a great solution. They could have included a clip. I'll pick up an extra one from the dealer. The fit is quite good however, and nobody would ever know it's not a factory piece. So overall, it's worth buying, and there is simply no other option to get the same look and results. All of the other switch panels sit low in the dash where it's hard to see the switches or use them without taking your eyes off the road/trail.UPDATE 12/5/13: Now that I've had them for a couple months, I have to note that I'm completely happy with the results. The panel looks like OEM and is just as solid. I also have a metal mount with my programmer/gauge screwed to it and it's solid on or off road. The switches are easy to feel for at night without looking. So the end result is really perfect.

Take your time cutting out the pre-marked rocker switch locations. I hurried a little bit and wound up marking up the molding. A little bothersome to look at, but not a huge deal. I did some "fancy" wiring to the A-pillar mount and ran from my battery - 1 wire spliced into 4 to a fuse block then from the fuse block to this A-pillar mount. Same with the ground, ran 4 wires - spliced into 1 wire then to a ground point left of my clutch. Does the job, and gives me an additional 4 switches (2 of which i'm not using)
