Best tool and only tool to have in your inventory. If you do would refurbishing I do easy to use. The quality of this product is amazing. Great grip and it functions 10 times better than my bigger ones.

I’ve always used this size for removing finish nails & found it very useful, but wish they were still made in Japan. For whatever reason, the ones made in China do not last very long before one of the claws break. My old made-in-Japan Shark Bite lasted a decade. The newer Chinese ones last a year or 2. I have plenty of made-in-China tools that are great, & the old cliche of Chinese-made equals poor quality is not true these days in my experience, but this is one that is quantifiably lower quality.

This is a Brad nail puller. Totally worthless on anything over a 4d nail.

don't bother, it just looks like a quality one. also have fun taping it's tiny head to get it's dull claw in, or swing away and defeat the purpose of it being so small

Great little nail puller. It pulls the smaller nails better than the larger ones with minimal damage to the surfaces.

I am restoring a circa 1920 house. The original shiplap walls have hundreds of small tacks that originally held up a cloth material. These tacks are extremely small and made of very maeable metal. Larger prybars were too big to get purchase on the nailhead, and when they did they inevitably bent the nailhead or sheared it off, leaving the shank embedded in the wood. This tool not only gets secure purchase on tiny tacks and nails, it pulls them with minimal damage to the wood. Although limited in its range of use, I highly recommend it for removing small nails. It is quite literally the only tool I have found that can get the job done.

Very nice fit and finish. Compared to the same type of tool offered by other manufacturers, the nail pulling ends appear to have a slimmer profile and seem to be more crisply formed. This is a tool that is especially nice for removing finishing nails from trim work. This is a solid four star tool and may prove to be worthy of five stars once I spend more time using it.
