As a HS Pitching Coach and private instructor I love the ball and app. There's more than enough information to help pitchers develop their arsenal from armslot, release and last touch. It shows the velo I care about as a coach (out of the hand). It quantifies how much a pitch is moving and gives visual feedback that helps to make it better.Buying this on Amazon DOES NOT come with a membership. For the same price you can/should bug from the F5 sports website where, for the same $300 you get the ball, the app and the ability to exchange the ball every 6mo. I was told 6mo is the expected lifespan of the ball (tech support). My lessons are shut down from March to May, aive only used the ball 2x, so I suspect I'll be able to use it all fall before it won't connect etc. At which point I will spend another $300, only that time on the website. I love the product, their tech support is top notch, their salesman wasn't so helpful, he misinterpreted what I was asking and never replied once I tried to clarify.

Bought this to use with my son (8u) as he learns to pitch. Tons of useful data in addition to velo (spin axis, arm slot, last touch, many more). High recommmend.
