When the charts get a lot of use and start to accumulate a lot of pages this doesn't work as well. Just hard to get them perfectly attached so they operate properly. They do stick well though.

I love this concept, but there are no instructions on how to use this product and despite many attempts, either the filed contents or the divider are taller than the actual folder - this makes it impossible to read anything that was written on the tab. If someone has a training video on how to get the best use out of this product I'd really appreciate it.

These are a great deal for the money. Although they are not as sturdy as Iād like they work well enough and again they are a good value for the money spent.

Divides a standard manila file folder into sections easily. Create as few or as many sections as you want. Just what I needed because Smead had discontinued the multipart folders that I used to purchase.

I just reviewed my invoice for this order and these dividers were much less expensive than I remembered. If fact, they are very well priced, considering the value they add.Using these dividers, you can almost instantly turn an ordinary file folder into a multi-compartmental device that takes the place of several separate ones. I use these to divide my folders into sections like "to-be-started," "in-progress"," stalled," "and finished", leaving space in the front for blank forms. So: one folder for each task, instead of 3 or 4 folders for a task.The peel-and-stick adhesive is really strong, so I suggest you experiment on the first folder with the understanding that it might not turn out exactly the way you want and that you may have to start from scratch with a second one. This is what I did. These things are not re-positionablle, but you really don't want them to be, since they wouldn't hold up with repeated use if they were.

The add-in folder is slightly smaller than the letter size Manila folders and it also has pockects. Fits great in the regular file folder and will greatly help me with staying organized.
