The Stainless-Steel Griddle is a fantastic addition to any outdoor cooking setup. With its 23" x 16" size, it offers a spacious cooking surface, perfect for grilling a variety of foods. The removeable grease tray is a bonus and making cleanup a bit easier. I think it is safer as well because the grease doesnt drip onto the flames. The X shaped bracing helps distribute heat evenly across the surface and there is great air flow all around the griddle. I was pleasantly surprised.Pros:Premium stainless steel constructionEven heat distribution with X-shaped cross-bracingRemovable grease tray for easy cleaningLarge cooking surfaceVersatile for various mealsCons:Discoloration and burn marks after the first use

I have a Napoleon 500 Prestige with rear infrared searing 88% burner in the back. This griddle fits perfectly, covering all but an inch on the sides, making it like those one trick ponies like a Blackstone Outdoor Griddle. The craftsmanship is outstanding! Solid construction at every point. You can feel it in the weight, which I believe is 11 lbs. The weight can make it a bit difficult to get it, put it in place, clean it and store it again, but this drawback is also what makes it so solid.Important: As it is stainless steel, be sure to season it properly so it will serve you well as a non-stick skillet, just as you would a cast iron skillet. If you are not familiar with how to season stainless steel, I advise you look it up on the internet. THIS IS A CRUCIAL STEP IF YOU WANT AN AWESOME, NON-STICK SKILLET - DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP! It will serve you well in the long run.It has a grease trap on it, but I've not cooked anything with too much grease so I can't comment on that yet. I will update this review once I delve into some grease-heavy foods on it.Overall, it is a GREAT skillet, especially for my grill's size. The Bottom Line?Uncle Steve Approved!

Get the use of a griddle without the whole extra equipment! Fits perfectly on my grill and works great! Easy to use and clean, love the grease catch to avoid all the run off and seems to heat evenly. Barely used so far, but no issues!

Great little grill top griddle. Made for a gas grill, and I would advise doing the seasoning on one, but it'll work on a charcoal grill as well, just harder to get accurate heat or zoned heating. Smooth and flat grill top, even heat distribution. Before you use it, make sure you give it a good seasoning. If you're not familiar with that, basically, get yourself a high smoke point cooking oil, coat the cooking surface, and then heat it up to 400-500 degrees for an hour or so. Let it cool naturally, wipe it with a dry cloth, and repeat at least one more time. Now it should be non-stick so long as you take care of it, and don't clean it with anything that'll remove oil.Anyway, in regard to this one, I feel like it's a good value, and a nice grilltop griddle that's going to get a lot of use at my place.

This is a very nice, solid flat top griddle. It just fits in my grill (be sure to check your measurements). I use it in a charcoal grill, which has not been a problem overall, but I do get the feeling it may work better in a propane gas grill, but again, I have had no issues.

I much prefer this design for its grease trap. Some competitors leave a hole in the pan for grease to fall into your own container below the grates of the grill. That’s just extra work. The handles protrude from the sides a bit, so take that into account for your grill. A rare earth magnet has a strong attraction to this, so I doubt it’s 304; more likely 430. As such it’s important to clean this after every cook and make sure it’s fully dry. I will update if this warps with use, but it looks very solid. So far I highly recommend it.Update: it has not yet warped. It's a great size for a smash burger party. In future, I'll probably try to cook fewer patties at a time, letting one half of the griddle recover some heat while cooking on the other half. This also allows me to use the meat presses more effectively. The removable tray is really cool, and if careful, you could empty it in situ with some silicone gloves on. For reference, I cooked on package of costco bacon and it filled the grease trough. My smash burgers also filled the trough (~3lbs of 80/20).I seasoned my griddle with 100% avocado oil, and it worked really well. The sharp edges are probably my biggest gripe with this griddle, but feel it's still a great value, and a great product. Highly recommended!
