This is a great starter kit for someone who has never crocheted before. I have a lot of time on my hands and fight boredom everyday due to a health condition. But this kit kept me busy and is turning into a great little new hobby. I ended up buying 4 more kits because I had so much fun with the first one. The instruction videos are well produced and (mostly) easy to follow and are easily accessed via a QR code and password. I did have to play repeat on several videos multiple times to understand some of the different patterns better, but that was the only reason I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5. I had lots of patience and time to spend on the repeated videos, but I could also see that if you don't want to do that, one could easily get frustrated. With that said, I still found the kit very well put together. The instruction videos make things easy, the kit had everything you needed (except mini scissors), and the woobles are adorable. This is a fun and relatively easy kit for beginners, totally doable for someone who has never crocheted before and I'm so glad I bought it!
