I ordered this skeleton for my anatomy class. It's a basic skeleton and has all the bones. The reason I rated this so low is because of the base that the skeleton stands on. The metal bar doesn't screw in all the way so the tiniest movement of the skeleton causes it to tip over. Not very helpful when I'm studying and moving the arms around. I have to lean it against something so it doesn't fall over
