These are great especially for the price. I haven’t installed them yet but in your hands they are perfectly smooth and very easy to move with absolutely no slop. These are going to be a perfect upgrade for the Creality Ender V3 KE bed.

La description du produit mentionne un Lot de 2 rails mais le colis arrive avec seulement 1 rails à l'intérieur. Ceci est de la fausse représentation. Faites attention!

I ordered four of these (MGN12 400mm). All four failed to slide smoothly or on their own (you need to physically push them to get them to move). They stutter so bad when you move them that you would think there were physical detents on the rails. Even with Super Lube, they didn’t improve one bit. All four are back in the box and going back to Amazon. I’m going back to LDO branded rails. They cost more, but you don’t have to deal with this poor quality. How did these ever pass QA at the factory?

I previously reviewed a twotrees BMG style extruder which turned out great, so I figured I'd give their linear rails a try for an Ender 3 conversion. Both rails arrived with the typical cheap rail grease, and needed to be cleaned. No surprise there. Some cleaning and application of super lube and the first ended up fantastic. I mounted it on Y. The rail I intended for X was rough even after cleaning. I tried everything. I even sanded down the rail after watching some videos on how to further enhance the rails. checked the bearings again. noticed a few missing, and replaced them with higher grade bearings. It somehow got even worse. The carriages barely moved now. I headed to the listing again to find in the reviews that the bearings are a non-standard size. They looked identical to the standard 3/32". Now the bearings are mixed and I have no idea which are which and are stuck with a useless rail. Not so great. If it had been decent from the get-go I wouldn't have had any issues.

I bought one of these around a year ago for my Voron 2.4 to do the single MGN12H X-Axis mod. It's a quality rail, nice and smooth once cleaned and lubed up properly. It's worked great since then. Nice and smooth, no catchy spots and no grit once broken in.Recently however, I noticed a significant wobble in the toolhead, up and down. Over the ~2000 hours of printing I've done with this rail it's developed significant play between the rail and the carriage. It's not a big issue, and print quality doesn't seem to be affected by it, but it is strange. It was properly lubed and maintained along with the other linear rails in the printer and this is the only one that developed such play. It did not have this much play when it was new, in fact I don't recall it having any.YMMV, like I said it doesn't seem to have impacted print quality in a negative way, though if you were doing some sort of speed race pushing accels and speeds super high you might notice it more.

As with similar low cost linear bearing rails, one needs to do quite a bit of work to get the most out of these. I won't go into detail as this has been touched upon many times before. Once the process is complete, these perform very, very well and I have ordered many of these specific items. I have to replace the ball bearing sometimes, but this is a case by case basis. It varies by production run I'm assuming. Either way, these are my go to in most cases. Can't beat the price, especially here on Amazon where they show up in a day or two.

Was hesitant about buying these rails but saw some good reviews from others and decided to give them a shot. Glad I did. Absolutely no wobble, and while mine had a good amount of grease it didn't seem as crazy as some of the others. After a good cleaning with IPA they glide super smoothly. The only down side was my particular rail didn't come with any end stops on the ends of the rail and the carriage did end up sliding off. Luckily it was within the sealed bag it came in so it was just a matter of putting the bearings back into place and sliding the sled back onto the rail. I will not that I purchased another rail from Twotrees which was a 400mm and those DID have enstops on the end.Either way, great rails and would recommend.

I decided to take a chance on these cheap MGN12H rails. Like all of the other MGN12H rails on Amazon, they ship in some sort of protective grease, so you will want to disassemble and thoroughly clean all the grease off. The carriage block will not move freely until you do this. There are some good videos on YouTube with disassembly instructions if you have never done it before. You will want some sort of parts tray to do this in, as there are a lot of very small ball bearings in the carriage.I had to do some very light cleanup work on the plastic, the clips securing the ball bearings in place weren't sitting quite right. There were no other surprises in disassembly/reassembly. It did not come with clips to retain the carriage on the rail, so you may want to print some if you have access to a 3D printer. Don't forget to lube it up before you put the carriage back on the rail. The whole point of my purchase of this was to upgrade my Y axis on my Ender3, and I'm happy with the results. The rail works well enough without breaking the bank. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one again for another project.

I bought two of these when another vendor that I typically buy from was out of stock. Well, color me impressed. VERY smooth actuation, even from the factory. So good, in fact, that I opted not to do a full disassembly / clean on these, and instead just ran a bunch of WD-40 through them before using some PTFE super lube.Much, much better than I expected, and just excellent overall. I'll update my review if my experience changes with future purchases from this vendor, but for now this is absolutely my go-to cheapie rail.
