I used this on a kel-tec SU-16c and it fits nicely. If you own this gem of a gun then you also know it’s sling set up is nonexistent. After being completely unimpressed with the sling adapter kit I purchased from Kel-Tec’s website I stumbled on to an obscure forum post of someone using one of these for a front sling post mounting solution. I tried it, it works. Hope this helps someone.

This particular Uncle Mike's sling mount kit is the easiest way to add a sling to the Hatsan Striker 1000 (x or s), even the Edge. All have the same barreled action. I measured the .22 caliber version's barrel @ .628". The ID of this kit's barrel clamp is .630". Perfect size to make short work of Hatsan's short-sightedness. You just need to drill a hole the same as the pitch diameter of the sling mount screw 2 1/2" in from the edge of the lower butt stock and you're good to go! The Striker 1000x's barreled action seen here being custom mounted in a Hatsan model 95 stock being chopped and fitted to the 1000x action. The clamp would need to move forward 1/4" on the factory 1000x stock. Fit and finish match the finish on the rifle very well indeed! I highly recommend this kit for all you tinkers out there!

Allen screw is made of very soft metal. Be very careful when tightening as screw will strip. Otherwise excellent product for the Mossberg 464.

As with several of the other reviewers, the screw connecting the two halves stripped. I read prior reviews and used a good hex wrench but it still stripped just prior to me obtaining the required tightness. When the screw stripped I could still twist it on the barrel with minimal forced. I was able to make it work by sliding a piece of pipe over the barrel and gently bumping the band down towards a thicker part of the barrel. Great product but it needs a stronger screw.

Product fit my Marlin 336 (in 35 Rem) nicely. The split clamshell design fit the mag tube very well and is much more preferable than drilling a hole in the forearm or disassembling the barrel/mag tube to slide something in there. Installation instructions were clear with pictures and easy to follow. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the poor quality of the hardware to affix the front clamp. The small allen screw in particular is one of those single-use type of screws as if you try to tighten it or remove it more than once it quickly strips the head. So be careful and gentle and using some loctite on the screw threads is a good idea as you can't torque this small screw much at all or you'll strip it out quickly. The product is made in China so getting sub-par hardware isn't a shock, even though the rest of the product is well made and precise fitting.
