Very impressive on the quality, size and craftsmanship. I recommend this to anyone with small chickens. I bought it a while back and waited to review and it was mostly definitely worth every penny.

I probably would not buy this again. Bought the dome roof model. All the parts were included and nothing was damaged. Everything was as it should be. The frame goes together easy. I made the mistake thinking the chicken wire would be precut. Its just one big roll. The chicken wire is difficult to get straight with no sagging. It sags and does not look that great. They include wire ties to hold the chicken wire in place. They are cheap and small. Hardware cloth might be a better choice. For me it's only a chicken tractor. The chickens have a coop and a run I just wanted something I could put them in for the day. I am going to try to put some wheels on it to make it easier to move. It will work but the chicken wire is not that great to install and does not look that great. It really needs two more ridge poles to help keep the shape.

We let our chickens free roam during the day but we like to have them rounded up at night. They have a good sized coop but we wanted them to have a bit more freedom to roam around at night or rough weather. The frame was fairly easy to assemble (highly recommend 2 people). the mesh was the hardest part. Do yourself a favor and wear gloves. Between the sharp edges when cutting and using the wire cutters our hands are blistered and cut up. But the run is awesome and very sturdy.

At first I was pleased while setting up the frame. Then came the “chicken wire” weaving wire was not previously in my skill set..the wire will not stop any fox from entering the structure. The wire is inadequate 100% truly if I did not have an electric fence around this structure my hens would be dead in hours. I have so much fortifications to complete before I even consider putting my hens in . Such covering the bottom 4ft with hard wire cloth. I started building this on Sunday and only finished weaving wire tonight. I m really unsatisfied with the wire I broke it with my fingers and nowhere enough electrical ties. I can only hope my hens are not killed in this structure.

We just assembled this cage so it's too soon to rate the sturdiness and value for money.Pros: 1. The frame itself is pretty easy to assemble and it seems pretty sturdy.2. Chicken wire is dark green so it's not as obvious as the uncoated silver chicken wire, and there is enough chicken wire provided to extend it out beyond the frame which helps keep predators from tunneling under.Cons: 1. The assembly manual states, "Assembly time: About 1-2 hours (with 2 people)". WHAT BULLSH¡†E!!! MAYBE WITH THE HELP OF 10 AMISH MEN!!! Two of us have been working on this thing for at least 14 hours. Zip-tying and weaving the chicken wire parts together is EXTREMELY time-consuming.2. There weren't nearly enough zip ties to complete the project and they were barely wider than a toothpick! The cage couldn't possibly be very predator-proof with their sorry-ast zip ties! Take a look at the photo. The zip ties they supplied are on the left compared to a toothpick and zip ties we purchased at the dollar store.

Prior to purchasing this product, I considered a larger one. However, the fact that I only intend on having six to eight chickens, this is big enough. This is a first for me, all around. I've never had a coop, chickens, etc., so I don't have anything I can compare it to. Unlike most foreign products, the parts were all labeled, and while the instructions did not include many words, the pictures were well illustrated, leaving very little room for errors. Truth being told, even if you make a mistake, correcting it is simple. You don't have to be a handyman to put this together. I decided to go with a wire mesh (1/2" squares) for better protection, instead of what was included in the package. That's why my picture only shows the frame. I worked by myself and had the frame and door in place in under two hours. I don't understand why some reviews say this is complicated, but I guess for some people it may be. Hope this helps.

I am very happy with this purchase. I’m using mine as a catio for my cats. It’s the perfect size and very affordable! The frame was very easy to put together and based on other reviews I intended that the chicken wire would be hard to wrap around. The wire is pretty hard to get perfect but all in all it does the job and if you have a lot of patience you can get it close to perfect. I live in a tornado state so I bought trampoline stakes to hold it down better and I also bought heavier duty zip ties. The zip ties provided are a little flimsy. Definitely takes a least 2 people to wrap the chicken wire and see the pieces together. All in all great purchase and j would buy again!

Entire top half collapsed in on itself after a snowfall. Poor design and not reinforced for winter conditions. I shook off the snow from the roof daily and still it fell. Thankfully I hadn’t moved my chickens into it yet or they would have all been crushed to death… go for a spire point design or build a wood one with a sloped roof if you get any sort of rain or snow in your region.

It's a good size chicken run. I put it together myself, total time to assemble was probably 6-7 hours over a few days. It seems pretty sturdy so far. The reason for 4 stars is because the top sags, so putting another cross beam would help to keep the tarp up and no water build up
