the good - the 1/4 plug... that's it. The design on the photos shows a way to wear it over the top of your head, but there's no chance of that and I have a medium sized adult head and very little hair. Instead the only way to wear this is to have it rest over your ears with the headband on the back of your head. The elastic strap seems pretty pointless for either way of wearing it (if the intended way was even possible). Even with the windscreen on the mic seems to pick up even the slightest exhale because of how close it has to be to your mouth in order to pick up your voice well.
