Amazingly sturdy and heavy duty item. Great for my car as I hitch a Yakima bike carrier to the back and use this to make sure the bikes sit a little further back from the car.

Used this to put my Saris bike rack on my Jeep Wrangler JL. Without it, the spare tire is in the way. With it, it's perfect. Nice anti-sway, although yo do need a wrench to install and remove it. Great solution.

Works as designed. Only drawback I see is that considering the cost of the item it should include the lockable Hitchlock to secure it to the vehicle. When you have $400+ bike rack attached, having it locked to the vehicle tow hitch would be nice. Other than that, the Straightshot works well.
