This was pretty disappointing. It started bad with poor instructions and then when I figured it out, it went downhill from there. It advertised that it’s quiet but it is not. It struggles to pull the yarn through its own tension holder. It constantly stopped because it couldn’t pull the yarn from the ball. I would check the ball to see if it was stuck and it wasn’t. It just has no power. Don’t waste your money.
