Swapped out the hi-limit switch on my pool heater after a technician told me that this was likely the culprit. It was an easy DIY install that resolved the problem I had created by turning on my spa heater down at my pool panel. Unfortunately, I made the rookie mistake of turning on the spa heater without turning on the filter at the same time (didn't have a pool controller at that time). The pipes over-heated immediately and I blew this hi-limit switch. Fortunately, it's a cheap part that is super easy to replace. I appreciate that there's a simple, inexpensive backup system built into the heater. For being easy to install, and appropriately priced, I give it 5 stars.

This is a perfect repacement at a very reasonable price with rapid shipping that got me back up and heating the spa.
