I’m a returning customer, I had Zumimall camera ZD-GX1K (2.4 GHz) for 4 years. Now I upgraded my internet to 5G so I decided to order the new camera with 5G . Because Zumimall camera worked good for 4 years so I ordered Zumimall camera again. With the new 5G camera, the installation and connectivity was very easy. Especially I can move the lens on the app to see around 180o. I’m so happy with the new camera.This is a good camera with affordable price.Recommended.

Everything came as advertised, easy app installation and programming of the camera. I have other wifi cameras and can compare, this camera has better resolution and performance, for a lower price. Alarm notification works well too.

We bought one as a try out. We now have four and have recommended to friends and family. The picture is superb as is the range and response when activated. We just cant fault them at all. For the money, I don't believe you will get better. If you are thinking about it, go ahead and I am sure you will be as thrilled as we are. Also, we have had reason to contact Zumimall with a technical query and they responded promptly and comprehensively so the customer support is also first class.

Great price for a quality product. For the most part the setup was easy to navigate. I have a Blink wireless router system and for some reason I had a degree of difficulty connecting the cameras to the app. These camera's operate on a 2.4 ghz system. I had to re-power (reset) the cameras several times before connectivity with my wireless system occurred. It was a bit frustrating but I think it was due to fact it was connecting with the 5ghz of the Blink system. Once everything was up and running it was smooth sailing. Great features with switching from 24 hour continuous recording or just motion activation recording. I used a 128 gig micro sd which after 3 days of recording has used 4 gigs of memory. Not too shabby. Picture clarity and night vision is very acceptable. Overall I pleased with the product and easy to use app associated with it.

I have bought this product a few times. First time, it had no problem. It can connect to both the ZUMIMALL and CloudEdge app. The second time I bought the product, I received a defective one where it does not connect on the CloudEdge app, only on the ZUMIMALL. I like using the CloudEdge app because notifications can come in thumbnail. ZUMIMALL does not seem to support thumbnail notifications. I reached out to customer support and have been going back and forth nearly a week now. I have sent screenshots, SN number, any details they asked for. Finally it got to the point where they tested a camera of theirs and it connects to CloudEdge while mine still did not. That should tell you I have received a defective product. They now are asking me to send a recording over of the error. First of all, a video file is massive. It cannot simply be sent in an email attachment. So, this is unreasonable ask. Second, what am I to use for device recording when you have to use the phone to connect to the app and camera? Screen recording only shows what I’m doing on the phone, not the camera. It is an unreasonable ask to ask for a recording, expecting customers to troubleshoot the issue for you. And to ask for different things one after the other instead of taking the complaint at face value that the product is defective is terrible customer service. Send me a replacement and I am more than happy to send this defective one back and you can test it all you want. However, after the lack of actual customer support, I will be returning this product and look for other substitute brand/product. There are plenty.I do not recommend this product due to defects, bad software, and lack of customer and tech support.

I purchased this camera to replace my 2 aging stationary IP cameras I had installed on my barn and house. The resolution of these cameras were a marked improvement but the features which impressed me the most are the "auto tracking", 24/7 recording to the SD card and the ability to send 6-second video clips to the Cloud. I ended up purchasing a third camera to add more coverage. Another thing which impressed me was the range of communication to my router which is just a tad over 100 feet as I get no drops with excellent resolution. Setup was simple and quick for both Android and IOS. A clear winner if you are looking for an outdoor security camera at an affordable price.

This video security camera is a great value for the money spent with a load of wonderful features. I already own other Zumimall cameras used around my property to keep an eye on things. It was easy to add this camera to the app alongside my other cameras and connect it to Wi-Fi. Using the app it is easy to point the camera in the direction I want it using the PTZ, and to change directions with no noticeable lag. Daytime and nighttime images are clear. The sensitivity to motion detection is easily adjusted to accommodate for environmental triggers, to recognize human shapes, and to limit the detection to a specific zone within the area covered by the lens. This camera is perfect for door or gate security with its two-way communication ability, light and alarm. I’m using it for keeping an eye on the south end of my property at night and when a way from home.

App works well, pretty easy to figure out how to use it. Camera has good wifi connection, haven't lost it since mounting it. Sound quality is ok if the person is right under it. Not having zoom is sometimes an issue, you can "pinch" the picture, but that doesn't work as smooth as zoom buttons would. Playback works well, as do alarms. You can set the area for alarm and it picks up humans and cars but not animals.

Ein super Gerät, Preis/Leistung unschlagbar und dank der dazugehöriger App kinderleicht einzustellen und Überwachung dadurch tiptop. Ich habe die 5MP Kamera macht sehr hochwertige Bilder wo auch Gesichter sehr gut erkennbar sind. Sie macht in der Nacht, im Nachsichtmodus, bald bessere Bilder als am Tag obwohl sie Tags sehr,sehr gute Aufnahmen macht. Die Aufnahmen können jederzeit in der App abgespielt und versendet werden. Ich werde mir noch ein zweites Gerät zulegen.

Eine tolle Kamera. Das Einrichten läuft durch die App vorbildlich. Die Kamera ist sehr sensibel und das auch in der geringsten Stufe. Ich habe es erst ohne SD Karte probiert aber da gibt es ja nur eine Foto Aufzeichnung. Also das Invest in die Karte lohnt sich und dann läuft alles tadellos.

Meine nun zweite Zumimall Kamera. Neben dieser habe ich auch die Akkubetriebene WLAN Kamera in Gebrauch. Weil diese gut und zuverlässig läuft, war die Entscheidung einfach.Lieferumfang:- 360° Kamera (Outdoor geeignet)- Fest verbautes Kabel (ca. 3-4m lang, geschätzt) mit USB Anschluss- USB NetzteilVerpackung:- Klein und kompakt- Ohne viel Müll- Für das Produkt geeignet und ausreichendInbetriebnahme:Das einpflegen in die App ist ohne Probleme innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt.Zu beachten ist, dass das Gerät nur im 2,4 GHz Bereich arbeitet. Da es meine zweite Kamera in der App ist, war sie deutlich unter 3 Minuten hinzugefügt und Betriebsbereit.Aber auch als Neueinsteiger in der App ist es Aufgrund der guten Beschreibung in der Anleitung und der App meiner Meinung nach kein Problem diese hinzuzufügen.Alle Einstellungen lassen sich leicht anpassen.Bei Geräuschen oder Bewegungen reagiert die Kamera super schnell.Da bei mir vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge, auch bei niedriger Geräuschempfindlichkeit, die Kamera auslösten, habe ich diese Funktion deaktiviert.Bei 50-80% WLAN Empfang reagiert auch die Steuerung sehr gut und schnell.Mein WLAN Router ist ca. 10m Luftlinie von der Kamera entfernt. Router im 2. Stock, Altbau - Kamera draußen auf ca. 2,5m Höhe angebracht.Speichert zuverlässig auf der SD Karte. Cloud habe ich nicht aktiviert.Kamera wird durch die - Gerät freigeben - Funktion noch auf einem zweiten Smartphone genutzt. Auch hier kann alles eingestellt und bedient werden. Gleichzeitige Bedienung möglich.Fazit:Für mich als Erweiterung ein Top Gerät. Für den Preis unschlagbar. Bild Top, Ton Ok, Bedienung kinderleicht.Auch als Erst Gerät sehr zu empfehlen.
