Exactly what the gym trainer ordered. First, it was shipped and received exactly the way Amazon described it.I’ve only been using the device since September 1, 2024 (about 15 days) and I can already see some improvement on my abs. I’m an older gentleman and you know once you cross a certain age, that six-pack becomes an oval balloon to the point of not being able to lean forward much and can’t see your feet.The EMS device has several modes and a low to high intensity setting. I definitely recommend starting at setting 1, unless you’re a body builder. I used the device as described and didn’t over work the abs.The EMS is easy to use. I do love the machine I use it for muscle toning so that I can see my feet again and bend forward more. But definitely don’t forget that you need a good nutrition regimen if you want to see a huge difference. I love all of the different settings, and I rotate through them all to reap all of the wonderful benefits. I believe my investment will prove to be a good choice.

Effective in muscle tightening and muscle release, easy directions, and uses usb C to recharge. Fantastic.If you are having a hard time reaching behind your back to fasten, or are wider than the belt is long it will still work. Just hold it against your abdominal muscles near the belly button.We have some fantastic chefs in our family and we look like it. We are round people. We aren't trying to become lean, we would would like to be less jelly belly and more firm.It also has a massage option which is very nice after the initial work out part. Very cool. Bought a second one because sometimes we don't like to share in our family. A good value. Easy use. I hope it lasts a long time. Fit is accurate and Velcro is strong enough to hold.

I wanted to love this, but sadly it’s trash. Worked once. Now shuts off on its own immediately when turned on even after charging for 8+ hours

It's always the way that there is no real quick fix or alternative for putting in the hours at the gym.This Abs stimulator should be considered an addition not an alternative.On the plus side it seems well made and comes with instructions that are pretty simple. You can adjust the intensity of the work out too.It suggest a spray with water to ensure good conductivity and comes with a small spray bottle.On the flip side it's an entry level piece of equipment and you should not expect to wake up the day after use with a six pack. And the battery life is only okay.It's reasonably priced and for someone wanting a little extra help, or someone who wants to start tonig up before they take on the gym then it's an okay piece of kit.

Despite my apprehension it didn't hurt at all. The "knock" setting is the most intense setting, and, actually appears to create a abdominal reaction that moves my whole body. The other settings are only surface settings. I like the fact that it feels like the fact that it doesn't hurt at all. We'll have to see weather it actually makes a difference.

This is a great bit of kitIt's very easy to follow the instructions, but make sure you do use a wet towel or spray as it helps with the connectionsThere are a number of settings with different intensities and patternsI've not yet got my six pack but I can hope!!

This is a product that I love it does the job but don’t rely only on it to much… exercise as well but deffo does the job.. is sooo practical because I used it while I am cooking or doing the chores of the house lol
