The eBay worked for one day. Display stopped working. Have a full charge battery. 5 days respond time with tech support. Support is sending a new display. I only have till April 5th to return product per Amazon. May need an extension for return. Don't know how long it'll take to receive the display. Not happy with the product at all. May need to return if this play does not resolve the problem.

Shipping took 8 days. Came with both tires flat. Missing the 2 lock key things that hold the front wheel axle in place. It is a very nice looking bike and rides good. Will do 28mph easy.

I like everything about the bike. Excellent ride performance and comfort. Quiet operations and not too difficult to put together. I’ve done a fair amount of zipping around and the battery still shows to be fully charged.

Our bikes (bought 2) arrived separately and one was missing the rack (which was to be uncluded). We put the bikes together and the video made doing so VERY easy. Our 2nd bike, after the natural learning curve on the 1st, took less than 20 minutes to assemble.The company quickly respond to our concern that a bike rack was missing and in 2 days, it was at our house!We then noticed that one of the screens was damaged, slightly scratched. Again I contacted the company and they requested a picture of the scratched screen.They quickly sent out a replacement.We love our bikes! We road them 31 miles, in both cold weather (40s) and warmer (60s) before we had to recharge.We were initially leery of buying online and putting them together ourselves. If you think this way, take it from us, don't be worried!We've gotten up to 27 mph, using the 3rd bar of assist. The 4th level drains the battery faster and frankly we need not go that fast, lol.As for weight, most evbikes are heavier than pedal powered only options. We bought a tray bike rack, making it easier to transport them. Less lifting and more secure!I generally do not review many products, but felt strongly that this company's service, response time, and ease of interacting made a review necessary.Again, we so enjoy our bikes. Butt's do as well...comfortable seat with bike shorts!Gotta go, we are riding our bikes to dinner, 18 miles round trip!!!

I bought it for my son but during some test runs it was pretty zippy. I was surprised that the top speed was accurate under ideal conditions. Definitely grab a helmet. Up steeper hills it will lose some oomph but doesn't struggle like I had thought it would. The biggest con I guess would be the 55 mile listed range. At highest settings and full throttle we got between 11 and 15 miles. I'm guessing it would get about 25 to 35 at lowest peddle assist. Of course there are a lot of variables that could affect that range.Without much experience with bikes this was a pretty good introduction. Lowish cost of entry and it has me convinced the technology is ready for prime time.

Fantastic bike! I purchased this bike for a family member who is slightly over 300 pounds and 6'4". He is able to fit comfortably on the bike and was able to easily adjust the seat for his height. Adding to the comfort is the frame size. The color is a vibrant orange, which makes it easy to spot. It is as advertised regarding the speed and battery life. The bike was easy to assemble, is pretty sturdy and user-friendly. My family member took it out for a spin in a parking lot with hardly any vehicles. It was a great test area not only to get the feel for the bike, but also to test the speeds. You can use battery power or pedal power. Again, this is a very nice electric bike.

Don't be fooled by that. I'm tell you that it's 90% put together because it's not. It's only about 60%. Put together and make sure that when you order it within doors and a BA. Background that defenders are in the package. Ours came without fenders and were still waiting for the seller to get back to us. Other than that, it's a really good bike, but make sure that you checked the front of the bike as well. As it's a little out of line but can't be fixed at any of your local bike shops. It's a really good value for the money and it rides. Well well, the seat is a little uncomfortable though.
