This is a heavy duty Pizza peel! it can handle the most thickest, topping laden pizza. So far no problems cleaning it. Exceeded my expectations with the way it is made.

We've had this 2 pack wood pizza peel for over a week in the kitchen, and they have been in consistent rotation since then! It works perfectly as a pizza peel--large enough to pull a large pizza out of the oven--and is also great as a cutting board. The handle is thick and strong, and seems to balance out the rest of the board well. This is a large peel, and serves as a serving tray for charcuterie night as well. To pizza and beyond!
