Great for my pizza oven, pizza slides easily off the peel. Love the foldable handle for storage. The pizza cutter works really well and the spatula works well to slide under dough and loosen off the counter. Good value for the money

I found it didn't work at first I loaded raw dough and the toppings . The dough balled up and made a blob of pizza ingredients . Then on YouTube I watched many videos to find a solution. Put the dough on parchment paper covering the aluminum peel. Top with pizza sauce do not put sauce on crust edge so it can rise. Toast that with the parchment paper on a pizza stone second rack down in a 500 degree oven for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from oven keeping paper with pizza. Add toppings no rush slide pizza back on stone bake for 12 minutes at 500 degrees switching to broil at the last minute. Gas stove I have made two perfect pizzas and quite a few close to learning this. The Peel works great.

We use for our outdoor wood fired pizza oven. A little corn meal and they slide right off! Great vale and easy to use !

Worked well for moving pizza to and from the oven. It's very sturdy, and is easy to store once the handle is folded. Wish it were dishwasher safe, but it's pretty easy to hand wash.
