If you want a permanent hitch bike rack, this one is for you! I installed it to get the hang of the installation and removal process before taking it on a trip. However, once it was on my hitch and locked into place, the red knob now simply spins and will not disengage. This seems to be an issue with other reviewers, and I just assumed it was a one off issue.I have tried to contact their support but no response. I have no idea how I’ll get this thing off my truck now!!! Do not buy this product unless you want it permanently affixed to your hitch.

Will be very difficult to put 4 bikes on it. Easily adjustable for placing two mountain bikes by shifting and removing some saddles and shifting spacers. Added my own spacers to fill the space after removing some saddles.

I purchased this bike rack to take my bikes on vacation and various places away from home. The rack arrived in excellent condition and minimal assembly is required. The directions are excellent and all needed tools (one wrench) are included. The locking system for the hitch works perfectly an there are no rattles. The tie down straps work as intended and have quick release buttons for removal.

Strong and sturdy . Easy to install. My car's back up sensor didn't like it though. Kept screaming anytime I tried to back up.

I've had a couple other racks, one roof mount and another hitch mount and this one is the easiest to use.So far after a few trips, the rack has no issues, The flexibility of lowering the rack to access the trunk is easy to use and sturdy.Best of all about this brand is the customer service who responded quickly pre-sale before and after.Thank you Noya.

Works as described. Went to uhaul to buy attachment for my SUV and this one. Worked perfectly. Easy to use-bikes get install in and out that even kids can do the job and ties. Ties secure and bikes feel secure. Love it.

Very solid, very easy to use. Nice to have the pin/locking mechanism with the nob, no need for pin! Spacing is nice and the straps are sturdy and easy. The place where you put your top bar is wide enough for most modern bikes, this was a big one for me as all the other racks I have owned are very narrow, more suitable for road bikes.

I bought this four bike rack to use for three bikes. I wanted the extra weight limit of a four bike rack for margin of error. But... Turns out you can't really put four bikes on there anyways. The spots are way too close for the bikes to sit next to each other. Because of how close each spot is to each other, I can't even fit two bikes next to each other. Since I only have three bikes, I ended up removing one of the spot and modifying it for three bikes. Turns out it is just enough for there bikes.The lock and anti rattle feature is a great idea. It doesn't totally eliminate it but it does reduce the rocking. The rack is well made and appears sturdy. I prefer the zip tie strap over other rubber straps. The tilt out is also nice. Just cleared my pickup truck tailgate by 2mm.If it could fit four bikes comfortably, I'd give it 5 stars but it doesn't and I ended up modifying it, I'm only giving it 3 stars.

The unit seems sturdy enough but on the first day of use, the red locking mechanism is not disengaging and I cannot remove the assembly from my car. The product support number has no one answering it at 2pm CST. I want to like the product but right now I'm late getting to other places I need to be because I cannot remove the thing. :-(

These guys took everything wrong with older generations of this product and fixed them.Plastic click straps instead of trying to thread cloth straps = win!Easy levers instead of pins for bringing the rack up and down = win!No separate bolt to slide in to connect to the hitch = major win!I'm really excited for ease of use, and I don't have any qualms about spending $200 bucks after seeing how nice this rack is. Great product. Customer service was also great when I had a question. I can't wait to use it more, and I'll update if I run into any issues.One note: don't tighten the bottom bolt too much when assembling otherwise the lever won't turn to allow it to tilt down to open your liftgate.
