Poorly cut. Smaller in the first pictures dimensions. They are a little over 1/4" wide. I guess you can double up the strip to make it 1/2" like the description.I can't say much about the adhesive yet, but so far they grip better than those dots you can find at the store, especially for longer rulers.

This really holds to the rulers well and keeps the fabric from shifting. I like that it’s clear and I can still see the measurements through the ruler to the fabric.

I might be able to get 6 strips out of this without using scissors ✂️. There is something wrong with their machinery. This is not worth the time or money. It's worth it to pay extra money for the rulers with the grip already on.
