These are way better than I thought they would be. Locks are good and sturdy. The removable/changeable foot is good to drain and clean out the inside for longevity of the poles after rain. Storage size and weight perfect for back packing or moto camping.

I've had a chance to use these (96") on a couple of weekend trips now. They're amazingly light and sturdy. They didn't flex and they also pack up pretty small. I'm using these on a large nature hike tarp (snowpeak clone) that's very stable even in windy conditions. I was happy to see they have 118" available now so I ordered another taller set. I'm hoping its the same quality.

Great things....small, 22 inches, and light enough to backpack with them if you want to. Worth the extra cost if you need lightweight and small pack size.

This thing is amazing! I was looking for some truly telescopic poles that needed to be light, strong, and fold small enough to put in a camping back. I wanted something that would serve as trekking poles, tippy tent poles, and tarp poles.This thing does it all! Construction is amazing, size and weight are still good for backpacking.... just crazy! If you have a big tippy tent like those hot tents (e.g., Onetigris Rockfortress or. Similar), you can completely replace the original poles.I'm so happy!

Ich habe diese Stangen für mein Pyrmamidenzelt (Höhe 185cm) gekauft. Leider gab es nur das Doppelpack, eine hätte mir gereicht. Das Gewicht ist gerade noch hinnehmbar, für ein Ultralight-Zelt aber eigentlich schon etwas viel. Leider kann man keine Segmente entfernen.Die Handhabung muss man etwas üben, es kommt darauf an, wie man die Stange hält, dass man auch das Gewinde schraubt, was man schrauben möchte. Die Teleskopfunktion bringt Mehrgewicht, aber auch Komfort. So kann ich den Aufbau einfach variieren und auch spontan die Höhe des Zeltes ändern, wenn das Wetter umschlägt. Die Spitze kann entsprechend des Untergrundes gewählt werden und wird einfach umgedreht, die lange Spitze funktioniert beispielsweise sehr gut auf Rasen und macht den Aufbau nochmal stabiler.

This product did it for me as I needed horisontal tarp poles for my camper van. Sadly, one of the joints have come off but I figure this is easily fixed with superglue.
