These are flexible silicone sleeves that you put over your toes to straighten out hammer toes. They come 3 sizes to a package, 2 each of small, medium and large. I used the Large size on a toe I would like to straighten. It's hard to imagine where a Small would fit, but I haven't tried.There's a small brochure with some limited directions on how to place the sleeves and a couple of questions answered. The brochure mentions "significant effects" being reported after 3- months of usage. There is nothing about how long you should wear the item, 24/7, only at night, only during the day? I am going with all day or all night, not both.What surprised me was how it feels on my toe. At first, wearing only socks, it felt a little funny. I wore it all day at work, and forgot I even had it on. Again with socks or slippers, it's a little more noticeable when you walk, but nothing I would call uncomfortable. Perhaps the one I'm using is mean for the big toe, but ti wasn't easy getting on my third toe.I'll stick with this for at least a month and see what happens. If there could be significant improvement in my toes for such a non-invasive treatment, I'd be thrilled. It's definitely worth trying.

I have a couple of bent toes that can make walking feel painful. I don't know if it's possible to permanently straighten the toes over time, but walking feels much better when with positions corrected with the splints.I was happy to see the package contained two each of three sizes (S,M,L) which gave me some flexibility to find the best fit. The splints are made of soft silicone which feels better against the toe joints that stiffer materials. The splints feel comfortable with shoes, too.

When I wear this, it keeps my toe straighter and this persists for a few minutes after I've taken it off. Will this permanently straighten my toe, doubtful as it is crooked from a break which occured many years ago.Is this comfortable to wear? Yes. I was afraid I would feel it constantly while wearing shoes, but you don't. I guess you get used to it.And since it straightens my toe, it is much more comfortable to walk.

We got these for my husband. He stands long hours on his feet and one of his toes was hurting. So we figured will try something like this. My mom uses these type of silicon toe straighteners for her hammertoe. So we gave it a try! This Nolimvita brand Toe Straightener/ Corrector worked wonders. When he came home he was literally delighted :) I mean its understandable its no fun to have your toes hurt for long hours. It comes in different sizes S, M and L which is great! Its really soft. Washable of course as well. You can use these as Toe Spacers, Toe Splints, Realign, Bent, Curled, Crooked, Claw, Hammertoes, Bunion Corrector so basically anything that can possibly go wrong with your toe!

Works very well. They are comfortable because you can wear them on a single toe.
