I needed to drill a hole in the plate that crushes the can so it would actually crush the cans, a place for the air to go. Otherwise it does a great job of crushing them

Very well built. Wish it crushed cans just a little bit smaller but it workes great.

They did away with the rubber Matt in the base to hold the can more secure of course1* second photo is what they once were

Works as advertised and a blast for the kids to use. Made the recyclables fit much better in the curbside bin.
