I was totally sucked into the Muzata store front and most of their "installation" videos and other promo items seemed really straight forward. I WARN YOU. This project is not for the novice at all. Everything from the most basic things like do you tap the screw holes or use the metal screws or what. If you attempt to be precise enough to use drill and tap, good luck. That requires a level of precision well beyond my skill set.Having said all that, the quality is very good. With one major exception. I had to order additional hand rails and the physical outer dimension of the rectangular tubing was different than the ones I bought previously. So they were physically incompatible with the previous ones I had ordered.Bottom line of me, the marketing is very showy, but the support is directly out of China (support hours are 15:00 - 24:00 MDT). This is definitely a buyer beware. Learn from mistake...

Well, I could only return part of the order because I waited to long to open the boxes to install. Scrap Aluminum prices are still good so I might be able to get a couple hundred dollars for the thousands of material purchased that I did not install. Worst cable rail system I have ever used.

Order posts and one section of railing and had to wait for the railing to be back in stock to order the second piece. The second piece is a completely different finish than the posts and first railing section and looks almost a dark gray because of the finish. You can not tell until you remove the protective film from the railing that it is a different finish. There is no option for a different finish when ordering
