This is a Japanese Oolong. Not offensive tasting but NOT flowery or fruity like Chinese oolong teas. Just boring. Lots of stems in there too. I won't buy it again.

My three cents:Overall, Organic Oolong tea loose-leaf tea Yamasan is a high-quality option for tea lovers looking for a rich and flavorful tea with health benefits. However, it may not be suitable for those who prefer milder tea or are looking for a more budget-friendly option. I like it so far so giving it 5 stars!Pros:-It is organic, so it is free from harmful chemicals and pesticides.-Loose-leaf tea provides a stronger and more full-bodied flavor compared to tea bags.-Oolong tea is known for its health benefits, including improved digestion and metabolism.Cons:-Loose-leaf tea can be messier to brew compared to tea bags.-Some people may find the flavor too strong or bitter.-It may be more expensive than other tea options, especially if purchased from specialty tea shops.

Love the tea, a bit pricey for the size but tastes good and different than other oolong producers. I do like the flavor like has a scent of sencha so tea drinkers need to get used to it and enjoy all benefits it offers.Would buy again and hope price would not be so luxurious

Ok, so, why people in this review section complains that this does not compare to the Chinese or Taiwanese Oolong? This is a regular type of Japanese Oolong, as such this will make the tea that tastes like the ones you have in Japan. Don't believe me? Try a bottle of ito-en dark green tea. It tastes the same. I've had plenty of other Oolongs, granted this does not provide the best flavor, but it recreates the flavor that you'd expect from any restaurant in Japan. If you've been there, you know what I am talking about.
