This is a pretty good weight vest. This isn't the best one that I have and I have three but it's a close second runner up. The vest doesn't have any problems as far as I'm concerned and a good thing about it is that it doesn't hang far from your chest so that's nice.It doesn't allow for you to really load up on weight and that's the big issue. My other weight vest go up to 65 lb and 50 lb respectively. This one is about half that which means it works great for me and warm-ups but outside of that I can't get much use from it.It is relatively well made and it does fit well, if you don't need to really load up the weight I think this is a good option especially at the price.Until we meet again-Off the Grid Ken

I love this thing, not only is it fully reflective, but it has a rainbow sheen to it in the light, that in combination with the mesh line down the back makes me feel like a weird giant beetle, in a good way. The vest is soft, there is no hard weight weight biting into you like some vests, yet the 10kg or 20ish pound weight I got is plenty challenging when doing calisthenics, sprinting or jumping.The zipper in the front can be interesting to operate the first couple of times due to the weight of the vest, but once the body acclimates to lining up the zipper under pressure, it is simple enough, and makes removing this vest so much easier.In all, it is a great option at 89USD and I would get another.

My husband has been wanting a weighted vest for some time now, and this was perfect!! He of course wanted the heaviest one! When the box arrived it was way heavier than I was anticipating. He tried it on instantly and he was super pleased with the quality of it! It has adjustable straps on the sides to tighten or loosen it against your body. The material is like a neoprene and it is also reflective. I've never seen weighted vest before, but I was pleasantly happy with this one overall!

Firstly: Not recommended for cigar puffing dogs. This one simply insisted on being the model, and it's hard to argue with anthropomorphic poodles.When you first pick this up (I got the 10kg version at around $100), you realize how much weight 22 pounds is!! At first I thought it may be too much, but after I put it on my model, he assured me that the mass was distributed well through the shoulders, and after tugging on a few straps, it fit snuggly into place, without feeling overly restrictive.If you're looking to up your cardio with some extra weight, this vest should do the job very well. I could even see it being worn under a slightly oversized t-shirt or sweat jacket. The zipper was easy to manipulate and seemed strong. The stitching was solid, and you got an overall feeling of good quality when you put it on.Not a bargain, but there are vests that cost quite a bit more in this weight range, and other options that cost less. So this is a decently priced, well made, comfortable for what it is, and worth the investment if you want the whole 22 pounds.

My two brothers were losing weight during one month just by walking 1 hour per day, eating better and sleeping 7 hours. Then, for two weeks they kept their weight and didn't lose any. They felt stuck and were losing their initial motivation. Adding the weighted vest to their daily walk has helped them lose weight again and keep their motivation up. Great purchase, highly recommended.
