Battery does not last long, before you have to throw it away and it will not hold a charge. You also can not replace the batteries and have to toss the whole thing into the trash. Do not buy.

I bought this electric wine opener and this is the best thing, so far, I bought on amazon! As a person who loves wine and has a lot of friends on my wine parties, this electric wine opener is amazing! You don’t need bunch of batteries to it, just a cord to charge, and the charge lasts for a very long time. Beautiful design, easy to use, what else would you want?I’ll surely order more of these as presents!

This is the 3rd time I bought this opener. It lasts for about 2 years and then the corkscrew seems to get too dull and destroys the corks. For the price, I feel 2 years is a good length of time. It’s easy to use and it looks good.
