Works ok for the money. It's a gamble if it survives shipping without something on the bike getting bent. I needed to straighten out the fender frame and a few other odds and ends on mine. The acceleration with the throttle wide open pulses with power loss in an odd way. I asked the manufacturer if it was normal and they didn't understand what I was talking about, most likely due to the language barrier. The bike has plenty of low end torque but you need to slowly increase throttle with speed to avoid the odd "pulsing" of the motor. I've ridden it now for several months and it's been ok other than the pulsing issue.

Absolutely perfect to zip around town, running errands and or just a leisurely bike ride about. Definitely will buy a second for the coming spring and summer. Fast and comfortable. Reliable and great build. Highly recommended!

The tire went flat and the kickstand just fell off I have been trying to get help with this for three weeks the seller responds saying give them a call when I call the number no one answer are they responds saying send pictures are video send still no answer I purchase three e-bike from them never again

I really like this bike! It takes me to work and around town! It’s good for what I wanted it for! It says the range is 45 plus miles, it’s not true, my battery died after using the bike maybe 12 miles, I can’t imagine going long distance on it! But locally it does very good job and it’s well made, looks good and it’s fun! Recommend!Update, after using a bike about a month the fully charged battery last not more than few hours! Maybe I got defected bike! So I have to charge it every da after just going to work and back! Not even close to what description says! I don’t understand why lie, 45 miles range? In what world, it’s not even 10 miles!

I love my bike there are two issues tomofree needs to address. On instructions needed to be included on put together the bike. I myself is not mechanical person so going on you tube was crazy The second problem is bending bike it’s so stiff to close it’s hard for use older people I’ll be 70 in January. But the bike is beautiful I love how it rides it’s an awesome electric bike. Please include instructions on how to put together and fix the hardness in closing the bike. Great product.

Based on the different bikes on the market, I can not complain with the price and design of the bike. Make sure you go throughout the bike and torque down all the nuts and bolts. Don't forget to pump the tires up after delivery!I live in the country and so the amount of shocks on this bike makes it a very smooth ride on rough roads.Good size bike. I am 5'11" at 180lbs and I have plenty room on the seat and handle bars.Does take time to get used to but very quick bike. Maxed out at 27-28mph but I will take. Down hill got way faster!For yhe price you really get a good value bike with the fresh basics for beginners on a budget.
